Answer a list of questions about them in the intake questionnaire — their name, their quirks, their three best memories. The photos you have, even imperfect phone ones. 10-20 minutes total. We follow up personally if anything needs softening.

28 days from intake questionnaire to ship.
Your commission joins a cohort of sixty. Over 28 days, each of the five pieces is created & packaged in our studio. Editorial portraits, the printed book, the framed canvas, the candle, the figurine.

A designer reviews your full commission set personally before anything ships. You receive digital proofs of the portraits, the book layout, the framed portrait, and the candle label. One round of revisions at no charge if you'd like changes.
